1. Conditions of return:
– The product is defective due to the manufacturer’s fault confirmed by the representative of the Star Company.
– Product has not been used, not dirty.
– The product is not a gift in the promotion.
2. Regulations when returning goods:
– Products can only be returned within 2 days from the date of receipt.
– Orders with promotions on the value of a % discount on the total bill or a direct discount on the product), the refunded amount will be the value after deducting the discount.

4. Note:
– Customers need to notify the return status and agree with the staff in charge of the order or by phone/email before sending the goods to the shipping company.
– After receiving the product, we will conduct a product inspection according to the product return regulations (this process takes about 1-2 working days). We will notify the customer of the results once the test is completed.
– Postal items sent to need to clearly state customer and order information.
– The customer is responsible for the intact state of the product when sent to the Star Company.
– For orders returned due to manufacturer’s error, shipping costs will be borne by Star Company. Other cases as agreed by both parties.
5. Refund Time:
– We will refund within 15 days after receiving the product and Star Company confirmed to accept the return.
6. Refund method:
– Cash or bank transfer depending on the agreement between Star Company and Customer.
