1. Conditions of exchange:
– The product is defective due to the manufacturer, defective due to shipping, confirmed by the representative of the Star Company to be defective by the manufacturer or shipping.
– Product has not been used, not dirty.
The product is not a gift in the promotion.
2. Regulations when exchanging goods:
– Products can only be exchanged once within 3 days from the date of receipt.
– The new product selected for exchange must have a value equal to or higher than the value of the exchanged product. In case the product selected for exchange has a lower value than the product to be exchanged, the customer will not be refunded the change.
– When exchanging products, the used discount % will not be included in the value of the exchanged product.
– In case the product to be exchanged is ordered during the promotion period, please change the product during the promotion period to apply the promotion.
3. Exchange process:
    Customers who buy goods online when they need to exchange products can do it in 1 of 2 ways:
Option 1: Change directly at the store

4. Note:
– Customers need to notify the exchange status and agree with the staff in charge of orders or by phone phone/email before sending the goods to the shipping company.
– After receiving the product, we will conduct a product inspection according to product exchange regulations (this process takes about 1-2 working days). We will notify the customer of the results once the test is completed.
– The returned parcel should clearly state the customer and order information:
– The customer is responsible for the intact state of the product when sent to the Star Company.
– For 1 exchange order, the fault is caused by the manufacturer and the shipping costs are borne by the Star Company. Other cases as agreed by both parties.
